- Develop, Configure & Customize: Develop and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet complex business requirements.
- Collaborate with Teams: Engage with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize advanced business needs.
- Write & Review Code: Write clean, maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Debug & Test: Troubleshoot technical problems and lead the development of test cases for platform stability.
- Document & Stay Updated: Document code, application functionalities, and stay informed about new ServiceNow technologies.
- Custom Application Development: Lead the design and development of custom applications using ServiceNow Studio and JavaScript.
- Integration: Implement advanced integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and support seamless data exchange.
- Platform Configuration: Customize core modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, and Service Catalog.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex technical issues and ensure platform stability in production environments.
- Best Practices & Upgrades: Stay updated on ServiceNow releases, ensuring that customizations adhere to best practices and are compatible with platform upgrades.
- Contributing to the Service Line Organization:
- Share best practices and successful strategies with the Service Line Organization to enhance their respective practice across the Service Line Organization and Verticals.
- Participate in the development of training materials and guidelines based on best practices for their respective and related practices.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Strong analytical skills for complex issue resolution and in-depth troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in managing medium to large projects, ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and the ability to mentor junior developers.
- Ability to work under pressure, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- The candidate should demonstrate flexibility in accommodating work hours according to client time-zone requirements.
- This position operates within standard 9-to-5 working hours adjusted to the client's time zone. However, these hours are subject to modification based on evolving project needs.

- Graduate in Engineering or Science.
