_In depth programming knowledge on Python
_Knowledge and experience on MySQL DB Stored Procedure- Design, deploy, and maintain GCP data architecture to support the storage, processing, and analysis of large-scale life science data.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and implement systems to support those needs.- Develop and implement ETL processes to ingest data from various sources into our data infrastructure.- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any issues related to data quality, availability, or performance.- Implement and maintain data security and privacy protocols in compliance with industry standards.- Continuously evaluate and improve data processes, tools, and infrastructure to ensure scalability and efficiency.- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand their data requirements and provide support for their data-driven projects.- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in data engineering and incorporate new tools and techniques as needed.Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer, working with cloud-based data infrastructure.- Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform, specifically BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.- In-depth understanding of data engineering concepts, such as ETL, data structures, and processing pipelines.- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or Java.- Knowledge of security and data privacy regulations, such as HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Experience working in the life science or healthcare industries is a plus.Working at Natobotics:At Natobotics, we are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment that encourages learning and growth.
