Good analytical skills & troubleshooting issues. Should have handled multiple applications and worked closely with business users. Ready to work in a challenging environment, shifts including night shift. Good team player. Resolve tickets raised by the business team & ensure none are unattended. Provide handover between shifts. Track & maintain issue list & ensure closure. Ensure SLA adherence to tickets.
