Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Noida sector 62. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing Cold Calls, managing existing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, developing growth strategies, and negotiating contracts. Job description The Business Development Manager role is for high flying candidates with top level salary and perks. This role involves developing new clients by proactive marketing activities and getting new clients on board. B2B Sales/ channel sales/ Direct End to end Sales IT Hardware and Software Channel Sales Sound knowledge of IT hardware or software products & good exposure in IT hardware/Software sales Building healthy relationships with existing customers. The role involves working with Australian customers only and we expect a level of English fluency. Preferred candidate profile Excellent communication skills Sound knowledge with experience in IT Hardware/Software, Cloud(Azure), Cloud Computing, Microsoft Licensing, O365, Networking and security products & sales Having exposure in overseas markets would be a plus. Experience in end to end Sales (from cold calling to conversion) Should be comfortable for Work from office Should be comfortable for Australia shift (5:00 AM to 1:30 PM) Qualifications Sales and Business Development skills including Strategic Planning, Negotiation, and Relationship Building Experience in the IT industry with knowledge of Components, Computer Systems, Notebooks, Networking, Servers, and Security Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in managing key accounts and retaining business An entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of successfully developing new business Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software The products are IT hardware ranging from leading IT brands such as HP, Lenovo, Asus, Cisco, Samsung, Acer, etc. The product categories range from Servers, Notebooks, Desktop Systems to components such as motherboards, graphic cards, storage, memory etc. Auscomp markets a huge range of products which include over 100,000 SKU's. We are distributors for major brands in Australia and are Gold Partners for Intel, Microsoft etc. Required Candidate profile Perks and benefits We offer industry best salary for the deserving candidates who meet the above requirements.
