Role Description Godawari Harsh Constructions Pvt Ltd. is seeking to hire an experienced HR Manager, Must be Post Graduate with at least 5 to 10 years experience in civil construction Work JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Consistently recruiting excellent staff. Maintaining a smooth onboarding process. Training, counseling and coaching our staff. Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation. Carrying out necessary administrative duties. Conducting performance and wage reviews. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness. Creating clear and concise reports. Giving helpful and engaging presentations. Minimum Requirements :- MBA/PGDM (HRM) 5-10 years experience in civil construction Work. Strong knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Office programs, Microsoft Excel, HRMS) and the ability to produce attractive maps, graphics, and written documents. Monthly CTC: - INR 30,000/- to 35,000/-
