- Preferred /optional : Background in Computer Science/IT/Engineering or related field.
- Basic understanding of SaaS, cloud concepts, and software licensing.
- Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel/CRM.
- Good communication skills and interest in sales, renewals, or customer success.
- Ability to support renewal tasks: data cleanup, opportunity updates, customer follow-ups, and reporting.
- Eager to learn and grow into Renewal Sales or Customer Success roles.
- Should be willing to work in Multiple regional and hence open to work for flexible work hours based on the regional allocation .
- No travel as of now .
