Job Description:At IPS, we are global leaders in developing innovative solutions for the consulting, architecture, engineering, project controls, procurement, construction management, and CQV of technically complex facilities, primarily in the life sciences industry. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our dedicated team at our office located in Vikhroli, Mumbai.Position Responsibilities
Execute and apply the approved brand identity consistently across all print and digital materials, ensuring high visual quality and brand integrity
Design and produce a wide range of marketing and proposal/sales-related assets. These may include brochures, infographics, signage, event graphics, and digital media
Own design projects from brief through final delivery, managing timelines, revisions, and quality standards
Be a guardian of branded templates and design systems to support scalable and efficient use across teams
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to translate content and business needs into clear, compelling visual solutions
Present design concepts and articulate design rationale, incorporating feedback while maintaining brand standards
Serve as a brand steward, guiding design best practices and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are a must) and other relevant platforms
Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, advertising, or related fields, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and design solutions
Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of collaboration and teamwork
Exceptional conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities
A positive attitude and a commitment to fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and inclusivity
