Job Description:Manage and maintain provisioning of new PCs for Operations Hub in India​Expertise in establishing a consistent, daily provisioning practice in India​Technical expertise needed to receive, QA, image and provision PCs and PC equipment.​Provide hardware maintenance services through warranty and out-of-water support for PCs requiring repair.​ Most important should possess expertise in repairing break fix issues which include replacement of parts and maintenance.Execute all interaction and communication plans with the various IT teams in Chennai and all Country Offices.​Publish weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reporting on all work conducted by the Provisioning Hub​Provide ideas for all internal processes and workflow builds to allow for smooth provisioning of PCs as mandated by WBG Device Provisioning Procedure.​Strong team player with a proven track record in collaboration across various ITS teams.​Demonstrated attention to detail, problem solving techniques and ability to manage PC assets as needed​Strong communication and conflict resolution skills with a client focused perspective​Experience working directly with customers to fully diagnose both the root cause of a problem and the customer's comfort level with technology​Ability to assess more complex, non-routine problems in their area of specialization​Keep abreast of what the future is bringing in terms of new products and enhancements Deliver training sessions to the IT community on new solutions as well as end-users on tips and tricks​Flexible enough to work in shifts, including night shift, if requiredSkills:Hands-on experience in Provisioning of PC equipment​Strong knowledge of PC installation processes, BIOS customization, automation scripts, AD structure, Group Policies, UX design of portals​Experience in user support and PC equipment maintenance​Excellent client support capabilities​Proficient knowledge and understanding of effective practices for dealing with clients in a variety of situations​Expresses thoughts and ideas effectively in oral and written communications​Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team environment​Ability to apply problem solving strategies to evaluate and solve problems effectively​Ability to deal sensitively in multicultural environments and build effective working relations with clients and colleagues both within and outside the organization​Proven time management skills to take on multiple responsibilities​Open communication and knowledge sharing skills that allow the team to grow together​Commitment to the success of the team, innovation, problem solving approach a plusOther Selection Criteria:1. Good project management skills; ability to coordinate with colleagues on the project team; capacity to deliver results on time.2. Outstanding communication skills including the proven ability to convey complex ideas through clear communication, concise reports, and effective oral presentations.3. Standby/On Call Support: May be a requirement for emergencies after normal business hours, on weekends or during Holidays4.
