Job Goals: Procurement Specialist more than 12 years rich & diversified experience in Project Procurement, Global Procurement, Contract Management, Supply Chain Management, Negotiations, issuance of Supplies & Services, Purchase orders in EPC Project, Power Boilers. Main responsibilities: Develop & Locate vendors for raw material and negotiations. Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products, or substitute materials. Ensure the material received in align to Production with best quality. Experience of Knowledge on Bidding and optimize on cost saving. Active participation in procurement schedule/budget preparation & supplier communication. Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements. Manage project supplier and contractor relationships with assigned key/strategic suppliers to optimize financial and operational performance. Establish working partnership and good relations with vendors. Vendor development and supply chain. Coordinate the operational and tactical Procurement of goods and services categories in accordance with category strategy, as well as applicable policies, procedures, and specifications. Act as the point of contact between Management and operations in assigned product lines or geographical area. Formulate scopes of work for tender opportunities and inputs from the operations within the market area. Compose contracts and site service agreements with suppliers following tenders and negotiations led by the Category Management. Identify saving opportunities and initiatives in assigned product lines. Review client acquisition requirements and identify the most appropriate method of purchase and advise clients of all available options. Ensure to maintain the records of goods ordered and received. Review purchase order claims and contracts aligned to company policy Requirements: Qualification: - B.E. Mechanical Experience: - Min 12yrs experience and should be purchasing Boiler components and its related Bought Out items. Location: - Noida (Delhi NCR) Languages - English, Hindi
