Job Description:Supervise and monitor finishing activities such as plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, joinery, carpentry, sanitary fittings, and electrical finishing.Ensure quality control and adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely execution of work.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve technical/site issues.Ensure snag lists/punch lists are completed before handover.Maintain progress reports, material consumption, and work completion records.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to meet project deadlines.Ensure proper workforce management and optimum utilization of resources.
