Support the Project Management department in the execution of Standard Material spares and Service orders for German & Global Market.How you’ll make an impact:Support the execution of Standard Spares and other HV service orders, mainly for the German marketProcessing of orders as per the standard process workflow.Ensure sales orders keyed in SAP and order acknowledgements sent to customer in timely manner.Clarification of open technical points and ensure orders processed on time for execution.Full accountability in managing the orders and customers related to the orders.Collaborate with key stake holders to fulfil the orders from customers and meet the Service unit expectations in terms of Cost, Revenue and Quality.Manage export controls, identify and mitigate risks for the orders executed.Close coordination with SCM & Planning for prioritizing the orders.Resolve conflicts proactively and if needed escalate, seek help from Team lead or Management to ensure progress is on track.Adhere to the Order management processes in the organization. Ensure implementation and compliance of OHS group guidelines.Ensure Hitachi Energy integrity guidelines are followed in the team. Ensure IS security policy followed in the team.
