Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field from an accredited university or college. Extensive experience in software development and architecture, typically 12+ years. Proficiency in relevant programming languages, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, and familiarity with Salesforce frameworks and tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. Leadership abilities, including mentoring and guiding junior team members, conducting code reviews, and providing technical guidance. Excellent collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork and interaction with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients. A continuous learning mindset, staying updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. Adaptability to changing technologies, project requirements, and business needs. Experience in driving digital transformation, implementing scalable and secure solutions, and evaluating new technologies for adoption. Preferred Qualifications: Overall 12+ years IT experience and 3 years of Content Management experience integrating with eCommerce websites. 6 years of Salesforce experience in eCommerce website development & custom apps migration to the Salesforce B2B2C platform Hands-on experience in Lightning Web Component design, Java/NodeJS/ReactJS/PL/SQL, Unix, integration middleware tools (SOAP & RestAPI) & develop microservices and knowledge of Network administration, security protocols, permissions, and system configuration. Full stack engineer, server side/Frontend UI/Cloud provisioning Experience in developing APIs on MuleSoft platform Experience in XML, Java, jQuery, JavaScript, Webservices, shell scripting Experience of MDM Implementations in Cloud and As-a-Service models. Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to present technical solutions concisely from a small to large audience. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ticketing systems such as JIRA Highly proactive and results-oriented with excellent critical thinking skills Any Integration certification (preferred) Salesforce certification (preferred) AWS/GCP certification (preferred) Working Conditions: Strong communication skills and ability to operate in matrix environment.
