Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Head - HR to build and lead the HR function and drive end-to-end HR operations across Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & Retention, Learning & Development, Labour Law Compliance, and Performance Management. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership to design HR strategies, implement HR systems, and strengthen organizational capability aligned with company goals. This role requires strong execution, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience in scaling HR operations.Key Responsibilities⢠Partner with functional heads to understand hiring needs and define role requirements⢠Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure closures within defined timelines⢠Implement hiring tools or ATS to streamline candidate tracking and interview processes⢠Design and execute employee engagement initiatives and talent nurturing programs⢠Drive retention strategies through communication, feedback, and engagement mechanisms⢠Build and implement learning and leadership development programs⢠Identify high-potential employees and create leadership pipeline initiatives⢠Develop targeted learning interventions, especially for sales teams⢠Review and update HR policies in line with labour law requirements⢠Coordinate with legal and compliance stakeholders for regulatory adherence⢠Ensure timely communication of policy changes across teams⢠Design KPI-linked performance management and variable pay frameworks⢠Implement performance tracking and productivity improvement initiatives⢠Align performance systems with leadership expectations and business goals⢠Support rollout and adoption of performance management processes across teamsKey Skills & Qualifications⢠Proven experience leading core HR functions including recruitment, engagement, L&D, compliance, and performance management⢠Experience implementing HR tools, HRMS, or ATS platforms⢠Strong knowledge of labour law compliance and HR policy governance in India⢠Experience designing hiring strategies and managing interview processes⢠Hands-on experience building employee engagement and retention programs⢠Experience designing learning and leadership development initiatives⢠Strong understanding of KPI, OKR, and performance management frameworks⢠Ability to design incentive plans and variable pay structures⢠Strong stakeholder management and communication skills⢠Ability to build and scale HR processes in growing organizations⢠Experience leading HR in fast-growing or startup environments (preferred)⢠Experience supporting sales team capability building and leadership development (preferred)⢠Exposure to HR analytics and employee feedback tools (preferred)⢠Experience implementing HR automation and digital HR platforms (preferred)⢠Hiring strategy and execution with ATS implementation⢠Employee engagement and retention program design⢠Learning and leadership pipeline development⢠HR policy drafting and compliance management⢠Performance management and KPI/OKR framework design⢠Strong communication, collaboration, and execution skillsApply by sending your CV to
