- Gather and analyze business requirements for manufacturing and supply chain processes.
- Perform AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping and align them with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central standard workflows.
- Configure and implement Business Central functional modules, including:
- Production Planning (MRP)
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Purchasing & Procurement
- Job Work / Subcontracting
- Finance Integration
- Configure inventory tracking, operational reports, dashboards, and alerts for better business visibility.
- Implement procurement workflows, raw material planning, purchase order consolidation, and landed cost management.
- Define and configure user roles, authorization matrices, and access controls.
- Support ERP implementation, upgrades, and migration projects (Navision to Business Central).
- Work closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure successful ERP deployment.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Dynamics 365 Business Central (Functional).
- Strong experience in manufacturing ERP implementations.
- Hands-on expertise in MRP, Production Planning, and BOM configuration.
- Experience in Inventory, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Finance integration.
- Knowledge of ERP process mapping (AS-IS / TO-BE) and system analysis.
- Experience in ERP migration or upgrade projects.
- Understanding of access control, compliance, and audit processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience implementing ERP in manufacturing or capital goods industry.
- Knowledge of Business Central reporting and dashboards.
- Understanding of supply chain and production workflows.
