1. Staff Supervision:
Supervise and motivate store staff.
Train new employees and provide ongoing training for current staff.
Schedule shifts and manage staff attendance.
Resolve staff issues.
2. Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and order raw materials as needed.
Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accuracy.
Manage the receiving, storage, and organization of raw materials.
Implement loss prevention strategies.
3. Operations Management:
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Maintain health and safety standards in the store.
Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely supply of materials.
4. Administrative Duties:
Keep accurate records of inventory, receipts, and shipments.
Prepare regular reports on inventory levels and usage.
Communicate effectively with the Warehouse Manager and other team members.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Experience: 2-3 years in inventory or warehouse management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory
