This role will work with the Frontend Sales team, Business Growth offices and Sales acceleration team. The role involves building any reports / dashboards, creating new fields and providing support on Salesforce data side to the aforementioned teams to assist in maintaining data veracity and building new solutions to keep up with the ever-growing business. Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration with the data and reporting layer / tool Client Stakeholder Management: Interaction with US client-side Analytics teams as well as EXL internal teams in India to build out dashboards, solutions, KPIs, etc. Work with onshore and offshore team to flexibly and consultatively resolve Salesforce data related issues. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business users to understand their data visualization needs, elicit requirements, challenges, and translate them into actionable solutions. Have a consultative approach Data Understanding: Understanding the data, highlighting the challenges, data cleansing, data transformation, data preprocessing Documentation: Document data sources, data transformations, visualization designs, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintainability Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to ensure alignment of data visualization solutions with broader data strategy Data Security: Understanding the security policies in Salesforce (OWD, Profiles and Roles) and implementing them as per the client's internal policies Data Configuration: Creating flows, email alerts and custom fields/ Objects to suit clients data needs Candidate Profile 4 + years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Admin with Salesforce certifications Graduate/Postgraduate from a reputed college/university preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, Business, or Mathematics SOQL & SOSL experience is highly preferred Specialized industry experience in Insurance segment is highly preferred Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to find solutions quickly Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challenges Experience in working in dual shore engagements Outstanding verbal communication skills Experience with CRM Analytics (Salesforce) is a plus Experience in other relevant data fields and other visualization tools is a plus
