Brief Description :- The position of call centre agent (inbound & outbound) consists of being the first line of contact for users with roadside assistance, medical assistance, or health assistance. We are searching for a polite, professional call centre representative to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service by answering questions and handling complaints.
