Responsibilities :- Develop and implement QA/QC processes and procedures.- Conduct inspections and tests on products at various stages of production.- Analyze data and document deviations from quality standards.- Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues.- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.- Prepare and present detailed quality reports to management.- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.- 2+ years of experience in a QA/QC role within a manufacturing environment.- Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing methodologies.- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and safety standards.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
