Job Description:Monitoring online & swipe transactions based on the authentication aswell as authorization levels to prevent and detect frauds.● To analyze / assess/study in detail the pattern of frauds.● Highlight the suspicious fraud transactions and reported to concern team● To enquiry about fraud transactions & Investigate with customer forchargeback.● Observe high risk customer transactions and identify fraudulent activities Such as online fraud, counterfeit, card theft, account takeover fraud and others.● Block and unblock the card and net banking account based on theinvestigation report.
