We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can join immediately. The role focuses on leading sales efforts, handling a team, and driving business growth through banking and financial products.Role and Responsibilities:- Oversee and lead a group of BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) sales executives.- Make and implement quarterly and monthly sales strategy.- Assist the team with closing deals, presenting sales pitches, and attending client meetings.- Regular coaching can help enhance outcomes and track team performance.- Establish and preserve solid bonds with important partners and clients.- Respond quickly and clearly to customer complaints that have escalated.- Collaborate with internal divisions to optimize sales procedures and provide assistance.Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). Experience: 1+ years in sales - Age should be between 21 to 38 years - Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills.
