Someone who doesn't just sell recruitment services-but positions Asatkalpa as a strategic growth partner for scaling companies.You're a great fit if you:- - Have consistently closed 5+ new client sign-ups per month in your previous roles.- Understand how to sell value-not just services-in the recruitment and HR consulting space.- Have generated 4X+ return on your own salary in revenue, proving your ability to deliver results.- Know how to speak the language of business leaders, understand hiring pain points, and build -long term relationships.- Bring hunger, hustle, and a deep understanding of how recruitment drives business outcomes.Key Responsibilities :- Client Acquisition : Identify and target potential clients within the recruitment space to offer our specialized recruitment services.- Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and high client satisfaction.- Market Research : Continuously analyse the market to spot emerging trends, identify new opportunities, and stay ahead of competitors.- Sales Strategy : Collaborate with leadership to develop sales strategies aimed at achieving aggressive revenue targets.
