- Manage multiple client accounts and maintain regular communication to build long-term relationships
- Track sales performance, manage project pipelines, and prepare regular reports for leadership teams
- Represent the organization at networking events, meetings, and industry discussions to strengthen market presence
- 3-8 years of experience in business development within commercial real estate, office interior fit-outs, or corporate interior solutions
- Strong understanding of the corporate interiors market and commercial real estate ecosystem
- Proven experience generating leads and converting opportunities into successful projects
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build lasting partnerships with industry stakeholders
- Experience managing multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical mindset for identifying new business opportunities and market trends
- Graduate in any discipline, with an MBA in Marketing or Real Estate considered an advantage
