- Assess scripting skills in Bash, Python, or similar languages.
- Analyze candidates' problem-solving approach in real-world DevOps scenarios.
- Provide objective interview feedback and scoring.
- Ensure fairness and consistency across interview evaluations.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Automation.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Chef.
- Strong communication and evaluation skills.
- Prior experience conducting interviews or technical mentoring is a plus.
- Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Kubernetes
- Exposure to observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Experience with agile DevOps practices in high-availability environments
