This is a remote opportunity based in Bangalore Urban. The role requires extensive experience with both front-end and back-end development, working closely with product teams to deliver high-quality, innovative IT solutions for a diverse set of clients.Qualifications and Skills

Expertise in React web development, Node, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) (Mandatory skill) for building robust, scalable web applications and innovative solutions.
Proficient understanding of TypeScript to ensure code safety, maintainability, and modern application development practices in large projects.
Deep knowledge of Node.js for server-side development and integrating APIs to maximize application performance and scalability.
Strong grasp of JavaScript fundamentals, including ES6+ concepts, asynchronous programming, and complex UI interactions.
Experience designing and consuming GraphQL APIs for efficient data queries and integration between client and server systems.
Hands-on experience with Java in enterprise-grade applications, applying object-oriented principles and working with large-scale systems.
Demonstrated ability to architect, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components for comprehensive full stack projects.
Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code across the stack and collaborate effectively with distributed, remote teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach towards adopting new technologies and best practices in development.
Effective communication and time management skills with the ability to document processes and mentor junior colleagues as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of full stack applications, driving architectural decisions and ensuring integration across all layers.
Develop and optimize user-facing features using React, ensuring high performance, dynamic, and responsive interfaces.
Implement robust server-side logic using Node.js and Java, building scalable APIs and handling data management tasks.
Integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) components into products and services, adding intelligent features and automation for customers.
Design and maintain GraphQL APIs for seamless client-server communication and efficient data retrieval.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Oversee code quality with best practices, perform peer code reviews, and drive adherence to modern development standards.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused team environment.
Document technical processes, create system documentation, and ensure projects meet quality, security, and delivery specifications.
Stay updated on emerging technologies, evaluating their potential integration into existing and future projects to maintain a competitive edge.
