Reports To: Store Manager / Accounts Head
Type: Full-Time / On-SiteKey Responsibilities:Generate accurate bills and invoices for jewellery purchases using billing software or POS system.Handle cash, card, and digital payments and provide receipts to customers.Coordinate with sales staff to confirm items, weights, discounts, and taxes before billing.Maintain proper records of daily sales, collections, and billing entries.Ensure correct application of gold rates, making charges, GST, and offers.Handle billing-related customer queries with politeness and professionalism.Assist in inventory checks and reconciliation with invoiced items.Maintain cleanliness and order at the billing counter.Report billing discrepancies or system issues to management.Follow company policies regarding billing security and data confidentiality.Qualifications:Graduate in Commerce or any related field (preferred).1–3 years of experience in billing or cashier roles (experience in a jewellery store is a plus).Proficient in billing software, MS Excel, and POS systems.Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.Good communication and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
