- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
- Utilize various channels to attract, source, and screen potential candidates, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive and informative experience for both candidates and interviewers.
- Negotiate offers and manage the offer approval process, addressing candidate questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Design and implement efficient onboarding processes, including orientation programs, to integrate new hires into the organization seamlessly.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance the employer brand and candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant platforms.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
