Mandatory Qualification : B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical/ Electronics/ Electrical & ElectronicsMandatory Industry Experience : Power ElectronicsResponsibilities :- Having good knowledge on power electronics devices like IGBTs, MOSFETs, POWER BJTs, gate drivers selection etc- Losses calculations of different power electronics devices and required heatsink selections- Having experience on designing battery chargers, single phase and three phase Rectifiers, inverters and Active front end converters.- Having experience on selection of DC Link capacitors, filter capacitors, filter inductors and snubber capacitors- Having experience on busbar design, Cooling systems design, busbar stray inductance calculation- IGBT/MOSFETs switching characteristics validation- Conducting single pulse test, double pulse test and short circuit test on IGBTs- Having good knowledge on different power supplies and different DC DC converter topologies- Demonstration of strong managerial skills along with experience in handling R&D team- Demonstrated knowledge in project management, interaction with customers and getting the designs approved from customers- Interaction with cross functional teams for timely execution of R&D projects- Experience in design of gate drivers for IGBTs and MOSFETs- Having experience in control algorithms design and embedded converter control SW development will be an added advantage.
