The position of Team Leader cum Sr. Highway Engineer is the key position in these BIDs Missions/Main Duties:
  • Review the entire Project preparation and implementation activities of the Concessionaire.
  • Check all the Designs being prepared by the Concessionaire, ensure execution of works on site as per specification and standards.
  • Interact with the client and the Concessionaire.
  • Undertake Project site visits and shall guide, supervise, coordinate and monitor the work of other experts in his team as well as those of the Concessionaire.
Profile/Skills:
  • Graduate in Civil Engineering from recognised University.
  • Minimum Professional Experience of at least 15 years in handling Highway Projects.
  • At least 5 years’ experience as Team Leader/Project Manager or similar capacity in Highway Development Project.
  • He should have handled as Team Leader/Project Manager or similar capacity of at least two projects in Construction Supervision / IC of similar configuration (2/4/6 laning)
  • He should have handled as Team Leader or similar capacity of at least two Projects of project Preparation of major highway Project of similar configuration (2/4/6 laning).
  • Experience as Team Leader/Project Manager or similar capacity in Operation and Maintenance of Major Highway Projects of similar configuration (2/4/6 laning).
  • Highway Development Projects of similar configuration (2/4/6 laning**) taken up under EPC.
