In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.Roles & Responsibilities
  • Monitor the applications Health/Errors and raise incident if any threshold breaches
  • Monitor the system metrics (CPU/Mem etc) and troubleshoot to restore the system
  • Analyze and troubleshoot logs to fix or escalate to L3 developer if noticed any errors/issue
  • Monitor the batches and rerun if needed, troubleshoot the logs if fails
  • Continue to update the status to respective stakeholder
  • Technical Knowledge on Linux/Unix with experience in scripting and automation
  • Basic Knowledge on Windows scripting
  • Good expertise on Monitoring tools (Grafana/Kibana etc or any relevant monitoring tools)
  • Need to have strong analytical skills to identify any issue
  • ITIL knowledge is a must on INCIDENT and PROBLEM handling process
  • Knowledge on JBOSS/ Heap, Threads
  • Basics on Network fundamentals
  • Batch monitoring/Processing - Ability to re-run, force jobs, sysout capturing, investigating agent unavailable issues, create job/batch (Knowing would be added advantage
  • Theoretical knowledge, ability to backup/retrieve data, File restore
  • Basic database knowledge with ability to query, write commands and automate scripts.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as production support or at least infrastructure support or development role
  • Min of 3 yrs experience in Linux/Unix environment
  • Basic Knowledge on KONG
  • Basic knowledge on Applications and connectivity to DB
  • DB Knowledge. (DB2/Maria DB)
  • Banking knowledge will be add-on
  • Knowledge on Java/J2EE will be an add-on
  • 1st line of support for customer issue
  • Should have good communication and ability to manage stakeholders with on-time responses
  • Ready to support 24*7 Operations and on rotational shifts basis
  • Bachelor / master’s degree in computer science / computer applications / computer engineering.
