- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients
- Engage directly with founders, CMOs, and marketing leaders
- Convert business objectives into clear and actionable briefs
- Ensure smooth execution and delivery of campaigns and projects
- Establish structure in processes, timelines, and project execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and performance teams
- Guarantee projects are completed on time, aligned with briefs, and impactful
- Possess a deep understanding of customer acquisition, brand development, and growth drivers
- Contribute strategically to campaigns beyond just execution
- Balance creative vision with measurable business results
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance within teams
- Act as a cultural liaison bridging business and creative functions
- 6 to 12 years of experience in agency, startup, or brand roles
- Strong business insight combined with client management expertise
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and closing deals
- In-depth knowledge of marketing, branding, and customer acquisition strategies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Highly organized, solution-focused, and composed under pressure
- A mindset of ownership and responsibility equivalent to that of a founder
