- Define overall sales strategy for the region, including long-term and short-term plans, effective metrics to track progress and rewards programs to drive sustainable growth.
- Achieve annual business plan, defined by sales revenue, market share gain, revenue growth over previous year and standard margin improvement for the region and Increase profitability of existing accounts by analyzing product and service portfolios and optimizing price points or product mix.
- Leverage national or regional resources such as Marketing, Government sales, Corporate and Enterprise sales, etc. to achieve annual business plan.
- Use Sales Force (SFDC) and Sales Analytics for funnel management, customer segment, product and country performance assessment.
- Client engagement through distributor as well as in-direct teams such as service and marketing.
- Manage, engage and motivate a team of frontline sales officers.
- Experience – 10+ years of minimum experience in Business management in healthcare organization and Experience in people-management is a must.
- Proven track record of being able to work under time pressure and in a lean organization.
- Ability to create and enforce process discipline, deliver results and drive change and travel – this position will require travel within the country for external client/ internal team meetings and outside the country for any strategic or functional meetings.
- Ability to effectively and seamlessly work in cross-functional teams and matrices, effectively delegate as well as take control depending on the on-ground situation
