We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our Reconciliations Center of Excellence, Control Management team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Work closely with team/managers to ensure that group delivers seamless services and continues to raise the bar. Work closely with the team/managers to identify opportunities to enhance the service quality and optimize the overall group. Lead transformation projects and deliver expected outcomes through working with various Stakeholders, Engineering, and reconciliation teams. Identify, develop, and retain talent through providing stretch goals/assignments. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor or higher degree; MBA preferred. 16+ years of minimum experience in financial industry 8-9 years of managerial experience; experience of leading medium to larger size teams. Experience in Custody, Cash and reconciliation functions. Experience of leading transformation projects; clients On-boarding and operating within budget.
