1. Managing a portfolio of 800-900 customers2. Engaging with the mapped customers (via digital medium and physical meetings) to fulfil their service requirements3. Increase the Relationship Value of mapped customers4. Cross-Selling Investment Products (Mutual Funds, Demat Accounts, SIP etc.), Insurance Products ( Life and Non-Life), Credit Cards and LoansKey Responsibilities:1. Increase in Relationship Value of Portfolios mapped to Relationship Officers2. Ownership of Top line targets across Investment Products, Insurance and Asset Products3. Ensuring all mapped Relationship Officers are IRDAI and AMFI/EUIN certified4. Driving Resource Activation across Investment Products and Asset ProductsBasic Requirements:1. Minimum 8-10 years of Sales Experience2. Prior team management experience of at least 3 years3. Excellent Communication skills4. Basic Excel knowledge and ability to perform non-complex data analysis5. Basic understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like salesforce, CRMnext6.
