Position SummaryLegal unit of Vendor Management. Need to manage the IT VMO team and the work structure. Along with IT VMO, manage other teams in legal span. Risk assessment needs to be done virtually and physically at vendor site. Good understanding of Legal contracts. Review contracts and govern vendor performance. Need to Manage 11 vendors.Job Responsibilities1. Share legal contracts knowledge with the team.2. Calls with executive level (VP & above) on legal contract compliance with external vendors.3. Discuss and post penalties if required as per the contract.4. Apart from TVSR vendors manage other/multiple teams also in legal span.5. Root Cause Analysis of service failures by the vendors.6.
