Together, we enable our customers to produce the materials needed for a better future.About the department:You will be joining the Global Proposal Team in the Mining organization as a part GPLM Team To support the global & regional sales and proposal teams' technical & commercial proposal requirements with on-time delivery of proposals and clarification responses. Seize the opportunity to learn, create and develop your potential with us.Department Mining Industry - Global Proposal Team provide on time proposal and cost support to all regions for upcoming projects.Your responsibilities

Preparation of detailed technical & commercial proposals for both domestic & global clients.
Application knowledge for the various mineral processing equipment, like gravity concentrator, leach reactor, flotation, thickener, filters, gold processing equipment etc.
Selection & Sizing of gravity concentrators, downstream gold processing equipment and various other mineral processing equipment
Preparation of standard templates and bill of material of products.
Tender document review & list out the deviations.
Costing, estimation, and vendor coordination
Develop & maintain a technical and commercial database for all the proposals.
Participate technical meetings with customer and with internal team.
Travel to client place for technical discussions on need basis.
Plan & coordinate for technical inputs with sales team to meet the proposal schedules (both global & domestic assignments); Follow up with the regional sales team/client on the hot prospects.
Closely work with Engineering, Procurement, Project, and Estimation teams to meet common intended objective to complete the task.
Travel to global offices at short notice period on deputation or project requirements or for training.

What you bring

Product and Process knowledge of Downstream Gold Processing Equipment (preferred) or any other mineral processing products or systems
Process knowledge, selection & size the process equipment; Should be familiar with Mass Balance, PFD & P&ID
Should have basic knowledge of proposal workflow for both domestic & global environment including equipment sizing, bill of material generation, proposal documentation, follow-up, etc.
The relevant experience in similar products with exposure to international working environment and handled international/domestic projects is as asset.
Knowledge of International Codes & Standards
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Good communication skills and attitude.
Co-ordination with internal and global teams.
Independent, quality-minded and have a structured approach to tasks.
Should be able to work on the deliverables with minimum supervision.
Quality Focus and on time delivery of documents to meet the schedule.
Ability to read the product engineering drawings, Bill of material / Part lists.

Education Qualification - Bachelor’s in mechanical /chemical engineering from a reputed University.Experience - 8-10 years of experience in proposal / cost estimation / procurement of Mining products. Experience in wet processing products would be an added advantage.What we offer
