Role Description This is a full-time Sales Manager role for Cold Room projects at Trufrost & Butler. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of cold room projects and building and maintaining relationships with clients. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, providing product information and solutions, negotiating contracts, overseeing project execution, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of the work based in Mumbai and some flexibility for remote work. Qualifications Sales and Business Development skills Experience in selling cold room projects or similar products/solutions Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Excellent organizational and time management skills Knowledge of commercial refrigeration and foodservice industry Ability to work independently and in a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is optional however candidate will get priority
