- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding product selection, pricing, order status, and delivery
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues if necessary
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
