We manage the South Asian student recruitment operations for multiple blue-chip international universities and work on creative and exciting projects for many others. Our main office is located in Amar Colony, New Delhi. In-country is looking to appoint a Senior Recruitment Officer to work as part of our dedicated team for our client, th e University of Liverpool . You will be representing a University ranked in the top 200 universities in the world, with an outstanding student experience, a long-standing commitment to international students and a track record of successful recruitment from India. This role is an exciting opportunity for an outgoing individual who wishes to further develop skills in international marketing and recruitment. You'll also be working as part of In-country's dynamic India team, with a highly progressive work culture and an outstanding team spirit. Based from: E-265 Amar Colony, New Delhi, 110024 Contract Type: Permanent Main duties and accountabilities: To attend education exhibitions to meet with potential University of Liverpool applicants and guide them on the University's courses and entry requirements To work closely with the University, and Deputy Country Manager at In-Country, in rolling out the recruitment and conversion strategy to meet the University's recruitment goals for India Reaching out to offer holders and prospective students through calls and email campaigns Overseeing data capture from events and agents. Ensuring the GDPR-compliant storage and data transfer between In-country and the University of Liverpool. Ensuring that leads gathered from events are appropriately stored on In-country's leads monitoring sheet and then followed up to convert from enquiry to application/ offers to acceptance Communication and Liaison Advising the university on the content of marketing collateral Rolling out the agent communications strategy for the University of Liverpool, including the delivery of training on the University of Liverpool to the University's network of agents/counsellors Identifying and targeting schools across India to increase the brand visibility of the University. Engaging with school counsellors and delivering sessions for students to increase interest in the University's UG programmes Maintaining a generic India email account to cater to student/agent queries and to escalate issues to the university where necessary Develop and maintain productive relationships with schools, universities, agency partners and other key stakeholders in India. Undertaking market research and providing market intelligence on the Indian market to the wider International Recruitment Team based in Liverpool to support the wider marketing and communications strategy of the university Creating opportunities for the University of Liverpool to develop university partners in India by way of researching potential partners and introducing those potential partners to the University of Liverpool Assisting in the organisation of visits from University staff to India Person Specification Educated to degree level (or equivalent qualification/relevant professional experience) Minimum 2 years of experience within the International Education Recruitment space in India Experience of working within a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills, in English Excellent public speaking skills, with the ability to present to and influence large audiences Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities/projects Data handling skills with the ability to analyse large data sets.
