The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the team and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of innovative and user-friendly solutions. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the inventory of office supplies and strategize cost-effective procurement while adhering to budgetary constraints. Take charge of maintenance and repair activities for all office equipment, including air conditioners, kitchen appliances, laptops, furniture, lighting, etc. Provide guidance and support to the office support staff to ensure a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate closely with service providers and vendors to facilitate day-to-day operational activities. Formulating department budgets and effectively managing expenses within defined parameters. Handle ad-hoc administrative projects and tasks that arise during daily office operations. Assist in preparing monthly expense reports, maintaining physical bills, and submitting them to the accounts department. Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services and negotiating favorable terms. Plan and execute company events, including meetings, conferences, team-building activities, parties, festival events, and annual functions. Coordinate and book tickets for staff travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation. Address employee concerns and issues related to facilities and office administration promptly and efficiently. Requirements: 5-7 years of related experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly. Advanced proficiency in handling tools used for all admin-related tasks Ability to communicate effectively with global, cross-cultural teams Detail-oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy. Proficient in Google Workspace tools & ability to learn new tools. Super quick in learning & managing tools like G-Suite, Slack, etc. Ability to maintain confidentially and exercise discretion-sensitive information. Highly organized and flexible.
