Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Human Resources & Industrial Relations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of HR and Industrial Relations of Masina Hospital Trust. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding processes. Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs. Negotiate collective bargaining agreements and maintain positive relationships with labor unions or employee representatives. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards. Lead the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship. Collaborate with senior leadership to support business initiatives and organizational development. Participate in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars. Ensure compliance with all internal policies and standards. Analyze data and report to the board and senior managers using HR Metrics. Communicate with external services providers such as housing, transport, insurance, etc. Strategize programs and policies to enhance employee growth and satisfaction. Develop policies to curb absenteeism and employee turnover. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. 15 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on industrial relations. Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results in Hospital Environment. Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI-SPHR) is a plus.
