Deliver daily production output meeting People, Quality, Velocity and Cost Metrics
Measure, Monitor and Manage the Metrics for the area assigned
Collaborate with Cross Functional team to ensure on time delivery of machines that meet customer requirements.
Identify areas for improvements and work with Cross Functional team to attain proper solutions.
Guide your team through coaching and mentoring to achieve the desired results
Supporting Continuous Improvement activities with the Cross functional team

To be successful in this role, you must bring (Basic Qualifications):

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent relevant experience
B.E (Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Electrical ) with Min. 4 years of experience in Manufacturing position & leading the team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills / communication skills.
Knowledge on LEAN manufacturing system
Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Strong focus in Safety and Quality
Knowledge in ISO Standards
Build your expertise and knowledge in Manufacturing process.
