They provide Services for Engineering & Construction of Retail Outlets (Gasoline, CNG, LCNG, LNG, EV charging stations, Retail Networks), etc. and to be a trustworthy partner of their clients for the entire life cycle of the product/solution.An Ideal Candidate:An ideal candidate can be a Diploma / BE Mechanical qualified with 2+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas manufacturing industry who has hands-on experience as a Production or Project Supervisor. The candidate will support in manufacturing of Skids, pressure vessel parts, heavy fabrication, and piping. This includes Inspection of surface preparation, planning daily work for shot blasters & painters, control & storage of painting consumables, Calibration & validation blasting, and painting equipment.Key Competencies:1. Shall be technically competent in fabrication processes such as Welding, rolling, machining, cutting, drilling, painting, etc.
2. Knowledge of manufacturing of Skids, pressure vessel parts, heavy fabrication, and piping.
3. Inspection of Surface preparation, Planning daily work for shot blasters & painters, Control & storage of painting consumables, Calibration & validation blasting and painting equipment.
4. Knowledge of inspection of Atmospheric conditions, Monitoring of DFT, WFT, Adhesion, Holiday test, etc.
5. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and Standards.
6. Excellent written and Verbal Communication.
7. Knowledge of QMS standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 &ISO 45001 - 2018.
8. Knowledge of MS Office & ERP systems.
9. knowledge of quality standards and systems.
10. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, ASME Codes, and specifications.
11. Excellent problem-solving skills.
12. Shall be proactive, and good at planning, executing, and motivating people.
13. Self-motivator and shall be able to take the team along with him.
14. Shall be the believer and practitioner of Respect, Excellence, Passion, Integrity, Customer Centricity, and Ownership.
15. Implement manufacturing strategies and action plans at the plant to attain productivity, defect-free products, and on-time delivery.
16. Initiate plans and processes that minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, energy, and capital.
