Responsibilities:
Lead the incident management team for prompt issue resolution.
Initiate incident bridge and co-ordinate with multiple stake holders. Send out biz communication during the incident management process.
Follow the application team to implement preventive measures to minimize recurring incidents.
Document incidents tickets with resolutions, and preventive measures.
Knowledge on Payments and cards domain (POS, Clearance and Settlement , Authentication/Authorization, Funding Files etc.)
Good knowledge on SQL. Able to write Query and check DB Logs.
Good knowledge on Incident management and ITIL process.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in incident management tools and methodologies.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications in incident management or relevant areas are advantageous.
