Job Description - ISMS Coordinator: As an ISMS coordinator at Birlasoft, you will be required to work with all internal stakeholders or ISO 27K control owners and ensure the standard requirements are met. Review documents and procedures related to ISMS and gather necessary evidence to substantiate at the time of audits. You will be expected to maintain the ISMS SharePoint and Workplans. The findings from audits, risk assessments, management reviews, etc., to be logged in the register and tracked to closure. Responsibilities: ISMS Documentation maintenance ISMS SharePoint maintenance Asset inventory & Work plan maintenance Gathering control evidence Prep prerequisites for risk assessments Physical security assessments Risk assessment coordination Risk CAR case submission & follow-up IA preparation & coordination IA CAR case submission & follow-up External audit facilitation & coordination External audit CAR case submission External CAR case follow-up ISMS Dashboard maintenance Preparing monthly updates / newsletters Knowledge and Skills Required: Ability to coordinate efficiently Birlasoft sites to plan, execute audits and follow-up Excellent problem solving, presentation, and communication skills Ability to work independently or in teams Knowledge of ISO 27001:2013 or ISO 27001:2022 requirements Preferably knowledge of other ISO standards such as 9K, 20K and 31K
