2. Prepare project drawings through third-party/consultants.
3. Ensure mobilisation of resources through contractor.
4. Co- ordination, monitoring of day-to-day project execution of multiple projects.
5. Co ordination with Design and Project Management consultants.
6. Conduct meetings with project stake holders viz. Consultants /Contractors for
Project activity planning in order to execute the works as per schedule.
7. Ensure procurements of Materials as per technical specifications Standards of
Indian Railway.
8. Ensure all changes to specifications/work scope/drawings are documented.
9. Own the procurement process and support various Commercial team to formulate
the strategic sourcing, subcontracting, vendor due diligence and management,
10. Formulate standard reports to monitor the performance of contractor viz Daily
progress Report, Weekly progress Report, and monthly progress Report.
11. Analyse the report data and highlights the gaps timely to the team to ensure timely
preventive/corrective measures.
12. Process Project invoices of all components through PR /SES.
13. Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external
clients, stakeholders, and management.
14. Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve
effectiveness.Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
