Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager - Ceramics & Binders based in Morbi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for market research, competitor analysis, and reporting. Qualifications Proven experience in sales and business development Knowledge of the ceramics industry and binders Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
