Responsibilities Technical Project Manager- Digital Transformation-Projects Articulate Digital Vision, IT Road map, Mission and goals for an organization and conceptualize the roadmap to achieve this Digital Vision Understand digital marketplaces & principles of designing digital products & services and define the KRAs for various digital, IT capabilities & initiatives Analyze business requirements and develop innovative and effective solutions to the challenges they face by bringing in industry knowledge, world-class capabilities, innovation, and cutting-edge technology for performance improvement Provide coordination with IT to establish data interface options with customers, including establishing data specs and evaluating data sets. Drive / facilitate quantitative and qualitative analyses on digital business performance, synthesize findings into fact-based recommendations Collaborate with offshore team to design, develop and configure the product to customer specifications. Liaison with the operations, sales, marketing, and product management team to ensure the best experience for the customer and that customer requirement are considered for Service performance improvement. Collaborate closely with the technical team and customer's systems and IT team in connection with data feeds, data mapping, and new system training. Advise on IT strategy & roadmap development, application portfolio optimization, IT simplification strategies, cost optimization, benchmarking studies, experience in business operations, systems evaluation, application evaluation, process evaluation, data strategy, enterprise architecture and supplier governance Appropriately record project activities, accurately track, and concisely report project statuses, and manage projects within the defined model. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business management, or equivalent. Master's degree/ Diploma in business administration/ general management is preferable. 8-10 years of total work experience with at least 6 years of proven experience in managing large scale IT/ digital transformation projects Mandatory work experience in aviation / general transportation for at least 3 years Previous work experience in aviation relevant technology platform(s) is desired. PMP or a Prince 2 is mandatory requirement. Certification(s) in project management methodologies such as Safe Agile, Scrum master, Waterfall, Digital transformation is desired.
