What You Will Do At VFS India you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will: Works directly and closely with business users, vendors/suppliers, and D&IT team. Develops strong business relationships by engaging with end users and senior management, giving high priority to business user satisfaction. Deliver value to VFS stakeholders in the constantly changing business and demands by encouraging agile ways of working like the ability to define needs and split a large delivery into minor consecutive releases. Setup project organization with internal teams and External suppliers, propose governance structure, and select/adapt project/delivery method (Waterfall, Agile SCRUM or Hybrid) and tools to the context of the project/program/initiative. Actively contribute to creation or improvements in project management methods, tools and guidelines and be able to perform project reviews or audits. Advise and lead others by offering deep expertise in the Project Management area and collaborate across disciplines with experts in other areas. Act as a mentor and servant leader to VFS colleagues and shares experiences. Is recognized as a role model within the organization and has taken a clear leading position in internal development and growth of culture. Manages coordination at a local and international level where required. Work with VFS business and evaluate the IT Solutions. Ability to identify and frugal innovation that meet the business demands. Collaborate with Suppliers and assist VFS in identifying the right solution that is fit for purpose. Collaborate within the VFS business and its stakeholders to drive the project/program/initiative to deliver successfully managing the scope, cost & schedule aspects of project delivery. Who are you Do you dream big We do too, and we are excited to grow together. In this role, you will: Bachelor's degree in information technology (or related field) or higher. Project Management certified with agile certification or hands on Agile tools & technologies. 10-12 years of work experience in project management managing Digital & IT projects. Knowledge on ITIL Framework and experience in Service Transition and Service Operations IT Service Lifecycle. Experience in handling large projects, especially financial critical applications would be an advantage. Familiar with Automotive Captive Finance Business and has experience of financial service application systems. Good and strong communication skills providing timely and proactively communicate to stakeholders internally and externally. Effective at negotiating terms with suppliers, clients, and other stakeholders. Foster teamwork and engage people to achieve project objectives. Skilled in driving stakeholder engagement and alignment. Create and commit to project timeline. Create a viable budget and control it throughout the lifecycle. Able to apply agile and waterfall approaches at an expert level. Know the business drivers and how strategies play out to guide actions. Act as a mentor or coach for budding / upcoming project managers.
