Role: Plant Head Business Unit: Sun Global Operations Location: Mohali Job Responsibilities o To oversee the Manufacturing operations, Supply Chain activities and administration of Dewas site. o To monitor and ensure highest standard of Quality and Compliance. o To monitor delivery of products in time as per desired specifications. o To ensure continuously achieve higher levels of productivity and quality norms by optimizing the available resources - Man, Material and Machine. o To plan and coordinate all activities leading to timely delivery of new product launches and site transfer products also. o To ensure maintenance and up-keep of production, support systems and facility. o To develop and maintain high level of moral and motivation amongst employees and maintain disciplined workforce at plant. o Conceive plan and implement capital expenditure proposals as sanctioned for capacity upgradation and other routine activities within stipulated time and cost. o To ensure regulatory compliances and to oversee the execution of self-inspection for capacity up-gradation and other routine activities within stipulated time and cost. o To ensure regulatory compliances and to oversee the execution of self-inspection and other inspections. o To monitor compliance with the requirement of cGMP at site. o To ensure that the plant should meet the overall expenses from all front. o To establish and ensure the cGMP requirements for Medicinal Products, manufacturing at site. o To ensure the facility is meeting all the criteria as per El-IS policies. o To establish and ensure all statutory requirements are meeting as per Factory Act. Review & approval of cGMP documents as per the requirement Educational Qualification M.Sc /B.Pharm / M.Pharm Work Experience: 20 + Yrs (Only Pharma experience will be preferred)
