Production Management: Oversee all aspects of production operations, including manufacturing processes, capacity planning, scheduling, and inventory management, to ensure timely and cost-effective production of high-quality pharmaceutical products in compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards. Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain robust quality management systems, procedures, and protocols to ensure adherence to cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines, regulatory requirements, and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process, from raw material procurement to finished product release. Pant Maintenance: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs, preventive maintenance schedules, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance, minimize downtime, and ensure the reliability and availability of manufacturing assets Environment, Heath & Safety (EHS): Ensure compliance with all applicable EHS regulations, standards, and guidelines, while promoting a culture of safety, environmental sustainability, and occupational health within the organization, minimizing risks to employees, communities, and the environment. Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives related to production expansion, process optimization, technology transfer, and new product introductions, managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder project objectives and deliver results on time and within budget expectations to achieve Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field. 15-18 years of progressive experience in operations management within the pharmaceutical industry, with demonstrated expertise in production, quality assurance. R&D, plant maintenance, EHS, and project management.
